ESP8266_86 Box Switch Control Board

 
Overview
 
This board has a 220V voltage supply. Do not operate it while it is powered on if you lack experience with high-voltage electricity, as there is a risk of electric shock. If you are not careful and cause an electric shock, you will be held liable.
 
It can be installed in a traditional 86-type junction box, and used with existing or newly installed switches to achieve intelligent voice and infrared remote control control of the switch. The switch can control circuits with on/off functions, such as lights, televisions, and water heaters.
 
This board, when used with the main control board (https://oshwhub.com/mynewworldyyl/esp32s3-xiang-mu), can establish a master-slave relationship. The switch can be controlled via voice or infrared remote control from the main control board, similar to a slave device in Tmall Genie. The circuit design of this board is relatively simple, and related components can be purchased inexpensively on Taobao.
 
The 8266 pin assignment is as follows:
 Top right relay GPIO12, bottom right relay GPIO13, bottom left relay GPIO4; Buttons: Top right relay GPIO14, bottom right relay GPIO2, bottom left relay GPIO15 (Do not operate these buttons directly with high voltage); Infrared control pin GPIO5. 
 
Configure the pins in the APP according to this relationship.
 
An infrared remote control is used; in fact, any NEC protocol remote control can be used. The remote control
button code values ​​correspond to the remote control buttons. When configuring the command ID in the APP, you need to configure the button code values
 
​​and the connection method with the traditional two-way switch.
The above is the wiring diagram for two switches controlling one lamp. We only need to replace one of the switches on the main control board with one relay. The relay's "normally open" and "normally closed" outputs correspond to L1 and L2 of the switch above, respectively. In fact, normally open and normally closed can also correspond to L2 and L1. Three relays can control three lamps respectively.
 
Each relay can also control one lamp individually by connecting the lamp's live wire to the relay's normally open output.
 
 
 
The board has a 5V external power supply port with a 2.54-pin connector, which can directly supply 5V without the need for an external 220V power supply. This facilitates testing and verification, and in actual use, it can control circuits that do not use 220V.
