2S Balanced Charging Module IP2326_Yufeng

Overview

DIY projects often require two 18650 batteries connected in series, necessitating a balanced charger. Therefore, I designed my own charging module and battery box and am sharing it for reference.
The chip used is the Ingenic IP2326, which supports fast charging. Finished modules are available on Taobao. The advantage of making it myself is that it can be integrated into other circuits later.

Below is the chip manual and schematic:

The PCB layout references @erichan2009's module; thank you! His open-source address: 2S Balanced Charger Based on IP2326 - JLCPCB EDA Open Source Hardware Platform⁤ (oshwhub.com).

The XH2.54 connector at the rear can be broken down to a smaller size if not needed. The 3D printing file for the casing is attached.
The 68K resistor here can be fully charged; I chose not to solder it. The bottom surface has silkscreen markings to prevent incorrect component placement.

I've already used it in several car projects; those interested can try it out!
I have a lot of DIY car and remote control videos on Bilibili. You can find my homepage by searching for "Yufeng Car". If you need finished products, you can also contact me. You should be able to find them by searching for "Yufeng Car" on Xianyu.
