motolight

Overview
When using the tail box or side box of a motorcycle or electric bicycle at night, the lack of light necessitates using a mobile phone for illumination, which is quite inconvenient. Therefore, I devised this automatic light.
It uses two types of automatic switches: a reed switch and a tilt switch.
Due to considerations for different LED chips and power supply methods, I designed different board layouts, going through four drafts.
The most frustrating part was accidentally messing up the LDO wiring, burning out several LDOs – I was devastated.

With a full charge of 2000mA, it can light up for over 24 hours.

The lesson learned is that for power supplies with lithium batteries, a manual power switch is essential.

Special note: Since I couldn't find a reed switch component, I just drew it directly on the PCB based on my estimation.

This project originally had three boards, but for some reason only the first one is shown. Here are some examples for reference:

and 2835 LED version.
