I saw the news about XILINX today and I feel that XILINX is so fast!

XILINX grandly launches the new generation of 7 series FPGAs 7 series FPGAs - the industry's lowest power devices designed for next-generation high-volume or ultra-high-end products. The new 7 series FPGAs achieve the lowest power consumption, highest performance and maximum productivity . The new Artix?-7, Kintex?-7 and Virtex?-7 FPGAs make today surpass yesterday.
The 7 series product design uses high-K metal gate, high-performance, low-power 28nm process technology to achieve low power consumption, highest performance and maximum productivity.
The 7 series FPGAs have been improved on the basis of 40nm FPGA technology:
a breakthrough in reducing power consumption by 50%,
cost-effectiveness increased by 2 times,
system performance increased by more than 2 times,
and development time is minimized

 The problem is that the S6 and V6 have been announced for over a year, but they seem to have not yet been put into mass production. Will the 7 Series have to wait until the year of the monkey and the horse before it can be put into practical use?
