Xilinx high-speed downloader supports one serial port, input and output with level conversion, ESD and resettable fuse protection.
The 30M download debugging test on ZYNQ 7030 and ZYNQ ZU3EG works stably. The serial port has level conversion and supports ZYNQ 1.8V serial port debugging. The measured serial port 1.2V, 1.8V, 3.3V and 5V work stably.
