I made several circuit boards with STM32F103C6, and used JLINK+KEIL MDK as the simulation tool. I couldn't simulate the first one after welding, but it worked after a while, and the software test passed.
So I welded 3 more, but only welded the minimum system, and didn't weld other circuits. As a result, they couldn't simulate, and the prototype was delayed.
