Please advise on the selection of D flip-flop [Copy link]

Now I need to use a D flip-flop to divide the frequency by 1/2, which is a signal with a pulse width of 2ns and outputs LVDS. I don’t know how to choose a D flip-flop? What model should I choose? Should I consider the clock frequency?

It may be difficult to achieve this with a normal D flip-flop, so consider using a high-speed device such as a PLL driver (for reference): http://www.onsemi.jp/pub/Collateral/NBSG53A-D.PDF  Details Published on 2007-11-11 23:04
