The OP

Small signal amplification [Copy link]

I want to amplify the differential small signal output by the pressure sensor 0~4mV (common mode 1.5V) to 0~200mV. I have used several instrumentation op amps. The gain is very small for small signals (below 700uV). Has anyone done this before? Please feel free to give me some advice. [ This post was last edited by 860208cnn on 2010-1-30 17:27 ]

It is an instrument op amp. I use it. In fact, the key lies in the control of ground noise, otherwise such a small signal will be covered by noise. H bridge.  Details Published on 2010-2-4 00:47

But I haven't looked at it carefully, it is recommended to use a three-terminal common mode circuit

Thanks to the moderator. What should I pay attention to when choosing an instrument op amp? Vio has not made a board yet, only tested on a breadboard. In addition to the power supply decoupling and differential input terminals connected to filter capacitors, is there anything else I need to pay attention to? ? ? Has anyone used an instrument op amp to make an electronic scale?

It is very common to amplify the micro signal. Generally, differential amplification is used to build a resistor bridge.

24-bit AD, not cheap, right????!!! Generally, it is recommended to use differential amplification, see

In order to prevent thermal noise and error, it is recommended that the AD620 with built-in gain resistors be external resistors. The selection of gain resistors is required to be high. It is best to use thin film chip resistors.
