Application of high frequency pulse width modulation technology in inverter

Abstract: HPWM soft switching technology is applied to the inverter to achieve ZVS on-off of the power tube without adding any auxiliary circuit. The HPWM soft switching inverter circuit is simple to control, basically does not increase the additional stress of the power tube, and the opening loss is greatly reduced, with the advantages of high reliability and efficiency. The working principle of the scheme and the conditions for achieving ZVS are analyzed. At the same time, the problems and solutions of the scheme are pointed out. The inverter with an operating frequency of 50kHz and 1000VA developed proves the feasibility of the scheme.
