Isolation of control circuit and power drive circuit

In order to reduce interference and increase the reliability of the control circuit , the control circuit and the power drive circuit are completely separated during system design. The power part and the control part do not share the same ground and the control signal adopts photoelectric isolation . The main control signal is the PWM signal. . In consideration of both cost control and quality control, three pieces of TLP2630 were selected as photoelectric isolation components. The circuit schematic is shown in the figure.
