Two IR 2110s are combined to control four high-power MOSFETs
(or IGBTs) in the H-bridge: this kind of circuit is often used in reversible DC speed regulation systems, uninterruptible power supplies,
VVVF power supplies and other fields. The principle of using IR 2110 in this circuit is shown in Figure 12-40. In the figure, the load Z can be a DC motor or
a filter and transformer
in the vvw power supply .
TA is the current sampling link, which constitutes over-current protection, and H
is the voltage feedback signal , which can be used to form a closed-loop voltage regulation network. The working
principle of this circuit can be described as follows: in the upper and lower channels of the control circuit output Under the action of the input signal , VF, VF, and VF, VF. are turned on alternately, thereby forming
an alternating AC voltage and current
on the load Z.
