  Working status:

  No load:

  Input: 3.65V, 18uA (equivalent to a 600mAH battery with a standby time of more than three years)

  There is load:

  Output: 9.88V, 50.2mA, input: 3.65V, 186.7mA, efficiency 72%

  working principle:

  When there is no load, pin 6 of the IC has no power and stops working. The input 3.65V operating current is only 18uA (equivalent to a 600mAH battery that has been on standby for more than three years)!

  When there is a load (Q1 has Ieb current ), the EC pole of 8550 is turned on and the IC is powered to work.

  Whether the IC works is determined by whether there is a load, which is equivalent to a battery.

  Using IC for voltage conversion has high efficiency and stable output!

  With some improvements to this circuit, the power can be increased to create a "4.2V to 5V mobile power supply without switching". You can use a battery box as a backup power source for your mobile phone!
