According to the characteristics of the original No. 1 battery of this machine and the large battery compartment space, the original shaver was transformed into a rechargeable electric shaver by modifying a No. 5 rechargeable battery and adding a simple charging circuit. During modification, the required additional components and their circuit composition are as shown in the attached figure. Because the circuit is very simple, the components used can be connected by lap welding. For reliability, the battery and the overlapping circuit part should be fixed in the original battery compartment of the shaver with hot melt glue. In addition, the only minor changes to the original shaver are the openings to install the power input socket CZ and the IED charging indicator tube on the casing.

First of all, the external power supply here is an easily available mobile phone charger (i.e. AC220V/DC5V small power converter). The small output co-core plug on it also needs to be an ordinary small co-core power supply that can be plugged into it. Use a socket: This socket is the same as the external power socket used on many walkmans and pocket radios, and is easily available. When installing this socket, you only need to open a small square opening at the bottom of the shaver to expose the front end of the socket (the front of this type of socket has a square structure, which is stronger and will not loosen), install the socket, and apply heat to the back. The melt glue sticks firmly. Installing the LED charging indicator is even simpler. If you use a φ3mm LED light-emitting tube (red), you only need to select a suitable position on the shaver casing, drill a hole with a φ3mm drill bit, and embed the LED tube from the inside of the casing outward. hole, and then apply glue on the back to reinforce it (to prevent loosening).
