In order to synchronize the positive and negative voltage adjustment, there should be R1=R2 in this circuit. The actual value is 4.4~22KΩ (1~0.5%). The value of R3 is R3=0.5R2. When the potentiometer resistance value is 10~25KΩ, the current limiting resistor R4 is 1.8KΩ. When the voltage regulation value of the integrated voltage stabilizing circuit is 5V, the output low voltage of the circuit is also 5V.
