Computer monitor power saving

This circuit monitors the computer through the five-pin connector J1 keyboard. When the user presses a key, the keyboard emits a negative pulse sequence on pin 2. When connected together with Q1 and C3, the op amp acts as an integrated circuit and has relatively stable functionality combined with high average DC values, input pulses and varying length durations.
