This multi-purpose remote control can be used for various household appliances at home, such as electric fans, multi-purpose lights, remote control curtains, etc. according to different needs. The electrical schematic diagram is shown in Figure 1. This remote control adopts the miniaturized four-position wireless remote control special components produced by Xinli Electronic Instrument Co., Ltd. It includes a four-position button transmitter, and its power supply uses an A23 12V battery, which is compact in size. The receiver circuit is KL668 type, and the power supply is 9V DC. The voltage of the control relay can be determined by the relay. The relay used in this picture is 12V. The receiving circuit has strong anti-interference ability and the control distance can reach 20 to 40 meters. For component selection, LED1~4 are added to the circuit for function display to determine the control status. The relay is used with two sets of contacts 12V/0.2A. If the load is large, a relay with a larger contact current and a voltage above 24V should be selected. . Q1~Q5 can choose 3DG120, D1~D4 is 1N4001, D5~D8 is 1N4003, and other components can be clicked on the icons. The printed circuit board diagram is shown in Figure 2. This circuit is easy to make. As long as the control object of the relay contact is changed, it can be made into a remote control for different purposes. As long as the components are selected correctly and the welding is correct, it is easy to succeed. If the controlled object is only used for triggering, then as long as the "E" point in the figure is disconnected, it will become a four-way non-locking touch control switch. If the controlled object has both a locking switch and a non-locking switch, just set the shorting connector (T1-T4, etc.) corresponding to the non-locking one or two circuits that need to be set to "E" when locked respectively. "Short-circuit, short-circuit 1-2, and disconnect 1-3; when it is not locked, disconnect "E", disconnect 1-2, and short-circuit 1-3.  Comments on the experiment: The remote control made with a special radio module has the advantages of small size, high reliability, and simple installation and adjustment. It is very suitable for beginners to make. The A, B, C, D and I0 terminals of KL668 are all decoding signal output terminals. The I0 terminal is the decoding valid non-latching output. The remaining four-bit BCD data latch output corresponds to the A, B, C, and D four-bit operating keys on the universal four-bit transmitter. When a certain button of the transmitter is operated, the corresponding relay will attract and hold. Press the four control keys at the same time, and all four relays will attract and hold. Therefore, no matter whether the circuit works in latching or non-latching mode, there will be the possibility of two gears being pressed at the same time. If interlocking is required, it is recommended to decode the BC output, that is, high is 11, middle is 10, and low is 01.
