The controller can automatically identify the brightness of the room and control the opening and closing of the curtains within the optimal bright and dark range of natural light. In Figure 1, the photoresistor RD and the time base circuit 5G1555 form the brightness recognition part. After the photoresistor RD receives natural light, its resistance changes and is set to RD1. At this time,
the components and parameters of RD1 in Figure 1 are as follows: BG1: 3DG12, BG2: 3CG14, BG3: 3DG12, BG4: 3DG12B. D1~D3: 2CP, D4~D7: 2CP14, DW: 2CW22C/100mA/7.5V. W1, W2: 100K, RD: 625 photoresistor, R1: 3K, R2: 3K, R3: 1.5K, R4: 150K. C1: 20μF/25V, C2: 0.01μF, C3: 100μF/25V, C4: 0.1μF, C5: 100μF/25V. When the black is turned on to a certain extent, the resistance value of the photoresistor RD increases. When the potential of ② pin of 5G1555 is less than 1/3Vcc≈2.1V, ③ pin outputs a high potential, BG2 and BG3 are cut off, and J2 is released. At the same time, D1 and BG1 are turned on, and J1 is closed. In Figure 2, the contacts J1-1 and J1-2 are closed, the motor reverses, and the curtain closes. When the curtain is closed in place, the limit switch a and b contacts are broken, causing the motor to stop. In addition, using another set of contacts of J1 to control the light controller can also achieve the effect of extinguishing or lighting up the light bulb while opening and closing the curtains.
