Use small electric beads to identify the head and tail of the motor winding

用小电珠判别电动机绕组的头尾 As shown in the picture, first use the R×1 scale of the multimeter to find the head and tail of the winding of the same phase, and connect a 6.3V bead; then connect the remaining two phase windings in series. Add 36V AC voltage to the two-phase windings in series (close QS). If H lights up, it means that the two-phase windings in series are connected at the "head" and the tail. Mark the terminal names (such as: V1, V2, U1 , U2), as shown in Figure (a). If H does not light up, it means that the two-phase windings connected in series are connected "head" to "head", or "tail" to "tail", as shown in Figure (b).
