27. Low<strong>Power Supply Voltage</strong><strong>Diode</strong><strong>Temperature Measurement Circuit</strong>.gif

In battery-powered circuits, low voltage and low power consumption are required. A low power supply voltage diode temperature measurement circuit can meet
the requirements, as shown in Figure 1-27. The temperature measurement range of this circuit is O-125℃, and the accuracy is ±0.5℃.
    Ri, R2, and VD are temperature detection components, IC1 is a 1.2V precision reference voltage source, and RP1 adjusts the potential of pin ③ to
calibrate the output temperature. For example, at 25°C, adjust RP] to
make the output voltage 250mV. Every time the temperature on diode
VD changes by 1°C, the forward voltage drop will decrease by about 2mV. This change is reflected
in the voltage on the diode VD, and the output voltage change after amplification by IC2 is
10mV/oC. LT1101 is set through internal resistors. Let the gain
be lo.
