The RF2909 is a 915 MHz ISM band transmitter chip that uses a passive network for its LO (local oscillator). It is suitable for spread spectrum cordless phones, portable battery-powered mobile devices, and applications in the 915 MHz ISM band.
The main technical features are as follows:
The output power can be set to 1 mW, 10 mW or 70 mW through two digital input control signals, and can also be adjusted within the range of 1 to 80 mW through an analog input signal;
・GMSK, QPSK, DQPSK and QAM modulation;
・The power supply voltage is 2.7 to 5 V;
・The maximum operating current is 200 mA, and the standby current is l uA;
・Has excellent phase and amplitude balance.
