The fault detection circuit of the towel machine is as shown in the figure.
This machine is mainly suitable for weaving cotton terry fabrics. The characteristics of the fabric technology are three wefts and one touch, double-sided or single-sided terry fabric structure. The weft direction can
be four different yarns (raw material colors), which can be used to weave face towels, clothing, and terry cloth. If a jacquard device is installed,
various types of jacquard pillow covers, bath towels, sheets, etc. can be woven .
When a yarn breakage, broken needle, or hole failure occurs, the detection system consists of a yarn breakage detector (installed on the creel and the machine body respectively), a hole detector, a
probe device, and an intermediate relay to detect the failure.
When broken yarn, holes or broken needles occur, the micro switch W on each detector is closed, the intermediate relay K is energized, and its contacts are connected to the intermediate relay
that starts the control circuit , causing the contactor to lose power and the main contact Disconnect the motor circuit and the motor will stop rotating due to loss of power. After the overhaul is completed, normal
operation resumes.
