The DC motor drive circuit composed of LG9110 is shown in the figure below:
Among them, LG9110 ①, ④ feet are the positive and reverse control output terminals, ②, ③ feet are the positive power supply terminals, ⑤, ⑧ feet are grounded, and ⑥, ⑦ feet are the control level (TTL or CMOS) input terminals. This circuit has a continuous drive current of 750mA-800mA (per channel), and the peak current can reach 1.5A-2A. At the same time, it has a low saturation voltage drop. The built-in clamping diode can release the impact current of the inductive load, so it is suitable for inductive loads, making it safe and reliable in driving relays, DC motors, stepper motors or switch power tubes.
