A small improvement to the Feike FS800 electric shaver

The Feike FS800 electric shaver uses traditional 3V dry cell batteries, which, while advantageous, also have numerous drawbacks. While convenient, these batteries consume a lot of power. Due to poor quality, a pair of AA batteries will last only two or three times. Some "genuine" dry cell batteries may only last four times.

After experiments, we made improvements to the circuits shown in Figures 1, 2, and 3. The results are very good, economical, and applicable. The specific improvement methods are as follows:

The improvement of Figure 1 is: use the DC 1.2V motor of an abandoned old razor, connect the original batteries in parallel as shown in Figure 1, put the switch on the original circuit board, use a carving knife to divide the section connected to the motor into two parts, and weld the negative end of the battery. This improvement is still powered by dry batteries, and the appearance remains unchanged. A pair of No. 5 dry batteries can be used for one to two months, which is convenient and economical.

Figure 2 is an improvement on Figure 1. The original motor must be replaced with a 1.2V DC motor, and a switch K2 is added. When charging, disconnect K2 and close K1. After charging, disconnect K1 and close K2. The charger can be directly charged with a mobile phone charger. A single charge can be used continuously for about a month, which is very convenient.

Figure 3 shows an improved circuit diagram. Using the original circuit unchanged, it uses a rechargeable battery and adds a diode (1N4001 or 1N4148) and a power outlet. A mobile phone charger can be used, eliminating the need for frequent battery replacements. The improved circuit also charges quickly and has a long lifespan, saving money and making it economical.
