It is the intermediate link between the current regulator and the trigger. The outputter is a two-stage amplifier
with deep negative feedback, positive offset and upper and lower limiting. Its voltage amplification factor
is 1, and its current amplification factor is the product of the two transistor amplification factors, so it has a large output current. Its output characteristics
are shown in Figure 16-77 (b).
Adjust potentiometers RPi and RP2. The operating points of transistors VTi and VT2 can be changed ,
and the maximum and minimum values of the output voltage can be changed by adjusting RP3 and RP4.
