The circuit is shown in Figure 11-42. It uses a bidirectional
thyristor V (unidirectional thyristor can also be used) as a contactless switch
, and uses a relaxation oscillator composed of a single-junction transistor VT and R3~Rs,
RP2, and C as a trigger pulse, so the circuit works stably , reliable, high temperature control accuracy.
