The motor step-down starting circuit controlled by the current relay to control Y-△ conversion is shown in Figure 1-6. The automatic conversion circuit can
automatically adjust the starting time within a certain range according to the motor load.
(1) Control purpose and method
Control purpose: The motor starting time can be automatically adjusted within a certain range according to the load weight.
Control method: Use a current transformer as the detection element, and control the intermediate relay according to the load size to control
the Y-△ conversion time.
Protection components: circuit breaker QF (motor short-circuit protection); thermal relay FR ( motor overload protection); fuse
FU (control circuit short-circuit protection).
