When a phase failure occurs in the motor, the neutral current of the conductor that disconnects one phase
is zero. Based on this, a
phase failure protection circuit for detecting line current is designed .
The circuit is shown in Figure 4-18. It uses three undercurrent relays
KAl ~ KA3 as protection components.
