DESCRIPTION
The XC61C series are highly precise, low power
consumption
voltage detectors, manufactured using
CMOS and laser trimming technologies.
Detect voltage is extremely accurate with minimal
temperature drift.
Both
CMOS

N-channel

configurations are available.
