Features
Dual Core Pineview Intel Atom
The FW-7568 utilizes the dual
core Intel Atom D525 code
named Pineview. This 1.8GHz
processor utilizes less electricity
while providing sufficient
processing power.
Up to 8 GbE Networking Ports
The FW-7568 is designed to be
deployed as a low cost barebone
firewall network solution for
smaller networks. It comes with
either 6 or 8 Gigabit Ethernet
ports, both options include two
pairs of ports for supporting ab-
normal state bypass.
Expansion
To increase customizablility, the
FW-7568 comes with two SATA
connection for HDD drives and
one CompactFlash socket. The
additional mini-PCIe expansion
slot is capable of 3G or WiFi con-
nection.
Smaller Form Factor
While the FW-7568 is still a 1U
appliance, its small form factor
means that it can fit conven-
iently into any network rack or
be placed on most desk or table
tops. Lanner engineers designed
the system off a smaller moth-
erboard in order to accomadate
more users.
