Avnet's offices in Taiwan, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Mainland China have been recognized as "Best Employers in Asia" by the HR Asia Awards. Organized annually by Business Media International ( MBI ), this award often attracts numerous entries from Fortune Global 500 companies due to its rigorous selection process, which considers excellence in human resources management practices. The award recognizes companies with highly engaged employees and excellent workplace cultures. Avnet is honored to be recognized as one of the "Top Employers in Asia."

In addition, HR Asia also presented the "Most Caring Company Award" to Avnet Taiwan and Avnet Singapore through an online awards ceremony in recognition of their policies and implementation that prioritize employee well-being and promote a good workplace culture and environment.

Avnet China was recognized as the "Best Employer in Greater China 2022" at the annual awards ceremony held by HRoot, a leading Chinese human resources media company. The award, based on four criteria: promise, attractiveness, innovation, and dynamism, also joined other companies recognized by the award, including ABB, Bayer, Canon, Delta, Emerson, Flextronics, Intel, Microsoft, OCBC Bank, Schneider Electric, and Tesla.

Avnet China also won two awards at the 2022 Flagship Awards: Best HR Team 2022 (China and Hong Kong) and Best HR Leader 2022 (Welcome Wang). These annual awards, organized by HRFlag, a leading HR think tank and media company, are based on three criteria: innovation, achievement, and value. Only 53 companies were recognized among a record 1,146 entries, including AXA, Burger King, Emerson, Flextronics, JD.com, Kerry, Microsoft, OCBC Bank, Schneider, and Volvo.

Avnet India and Avnet Japan have been certified as "Best Workplaces" by the Great Place to Work Institute in India and Japan, respectively. Avnet India was also recognized as one of the "Best Workplaces in the Electronics Industry" for its exemplary performance in inspiring employee trust, fostering pride, and fostering camaraderie.
