In November 2023, Avnet won two major awards from HR Asia: "Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2023 " and "Most Caring Company ".

In December 2023, Avnet China was once again awarded the "2023 Best Workplace to Work" award at the Pudong International Talent Port Forum . This award, based on internal workplace best practices, employee engagement, and external visibility and appeal, recognizes companies that demonstrate exceptional practical experience, promote the creation of exceptional workplaces, and demonstrate outstanding achievements in promoting workplace brand power.

The "2023 Best Workplaces to Work For" award judging committee is composed of professors, corporate executives, and government officials from China Europe International Business School, emlyon Business School, Korn Ferry, Roland Berger, and the Pudong Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. After rigorous selection by the judging committee, Avnet China stood out from more than 100 outstanding organizations and won this award again. Other winning companies include Tesla.

Avnet's widely acclaimed excellent workplace environment is inseparable from its outstanding human resources management team.

Avnet's Mainland China and Hong Kong regions recently received the "OneFLAG AWARDS - BEST HR TEAMS 2023 " award from HRflag at the annual OneFLAG Awards ceremony . This marks the third consecutive year Avnet has received this recognition. This annual award is based on three criteria: innovation, performance, and value. A record-breaking 1,552 submissions were received, and after a rigorous evaluation process, only 72 companies were selected.

Avnet China's Human Resources Director, Welcome Wang , and Senior Human Resources Manager, Jessie Liang, attended the award ceremony as company representatives. Welcome said, "We are deeply honored to receive this award for the third consecutive time. This is a tribute to the hard work of Avnet China's management team and all our colleagues."
