Avnet's GC FAE team has provided strong support for Infineon's business growth in Greater China. Guided by market demand, they leverage their professional knowledge and services to provide customers with technologically advanced overall solutions, continuously helping customers complete new designs. Through excellent collaboration, the Avnet GC Infineon ATV team and the Infineon ATV GC team achieved significant growth in POS and BW, achieving the key FY22-23 POS target a year ahead of schedule and receiving the "Best Breakthrough Award" from Infineon's Greater China Automotive Business Unit. Mr. Yun Changyu, President of Avnet Asia Pacific and Japan, expressed his gratitude for the strong support from Infineon's Greater China Automotive Business Unit. Avnet will continue to invest in Infineon's automotive product line and maintain rapid growth.

Despite significant market pressures over the past year, Avnet Manager Zhou's team achieved remarkable results. By developing effective marketing strategies and tailoring solutions to local conditions, they not only maintained high growth rates in Point-of-Purpose (POP) & Point-of-Sale (POS) and Business Win, but also achieved exceptional revenue for their new automotive wireless products business in China. This earned them the "CSS Greater China Best PM" award from Infineon Technologies' Secure Connected Systems division.

Despite challenging market conditions, the Avnet team helped Infineon achieve an 18% year-over-year increase in customer base, earning them the "Best Customer Growth Award" from Infineon's Secure Connected Systems Division. The team not only successfully added new customers by actively leveraging cross-departmental resources and sales strategies, but also expanded new customer base by exploring emerging business areas, achieving growth across multiple product lines. Furthermore, the internal PGO program also provided encouragement to the sales team.

The GIP Demand Creation Award recognizes outstanding performance in generating demand for GEMS products. In 2023, Avnet, through its exceptional business teamwork and rapid responsiveness, helped Infineon achieve double-digit year-over-year (YoY) growth in GEMS product sales, while also driving new developments in flywheel energy storage applications for PL68. Avnet successfully implemented the PL68 to replace out-of-stock PL devices, aligning with Infineon's direction and maximizing Infineon's PL68 business with a key ESS customer. The award was presented to Infineon by the GIP Industrial team for the FY23 GIP Demand Creation Award. Avnet will continue to leverage its innovative capabilities to help new projects based on PL68 and PL69 realize greater investment potential.

At the same time, leveraging its professional technical capabilities, the Avnet Industrial team successfully completed the innovative design of the 1700V/ECD3 IGBT7 in MVD, which has doubled potential business. The team will continue to monitor customer needs and provide long-term support. Consequently, the Avnet Industrial team was awarded the "GIP Key BWIN Award" by Infineon's GIP Industrial team.

This award was presented to Mr. Zhou, Infineon Product Manager at Avnet Taiwan, along with the FAE team and sales team. Amidst continued weak market demand in 2023, Avnet's various teams collaborated closely and innovated collaboratively, contributing significantly to Infineon's stable performance growth. Mr. Zhou's strong CRA execution helped Infineon achieve its quarterly targets. The FAE team successfully secured new controller chip (HFB) business in several new adapter projects and promoted the adoption of WBG devices (CoolGaN), creating significant market potential for this Infineon product. The sales team also proactively responded to demand and provided excellent logistics support, meeting the urgent needs of key customers.

The Avnet GC Infineon FAE team, recognized for its outstanding technical capabilities, was awarded over 30 FAE Gold Certifications by various Infineon Greater China divisions.
