In addition to the high-performance MCU, another key feature of Avnet's motor control solution is the STIPNS1M50T-H low-power intelligent power module (IPM). This IPM integrates a three-phase MOSFET inverter bridge, an operational amplifier, and an NTC thermistor for temperature control. This highly integrated design not only simplifies circuit design but also improves system reliability and stability. Furthermore, the IPM's low power loss further reduces system energy consumption, contributing significantly to energy conservation and consumption reduction.



Leveraging the exceptional performance of both software and hardware, this solution not only supports stall detection and motor rotor vibration detection, improving controller reliability, but also supports headwind-resistant startup. In adverse headwind conditions, it intelligently adjusts the motor startup strategy to ensure smooth startup and stable operation of the air conditioner.
