The picoamp (pA) level current measurement (hereinafter referred to as PAM) evaluation kit developed by Shijian Company covers the complete functions of detector signal processing in analytical instruments. The kit includes a current input conversion board, a voltage input buffer board, a data acquisition board and There are four components of the pin conversion board. Using this kit, customers can choose different daughter board combinations according to the characteristics of their products, quickly evaluate the performance of the devices in this kit, and shorten the design cycle. Both the current input conversion board and the voltage input buffer board use ADI's latest femtoamp (fA) input bias electrometer amplifier ADA4530-1 , and the data acquisition board uses ADI's AD7172-2 , 24-bit 31.25 kSPS Σ-Δ ADC. The pin conversion board has been designed to make the pins of ADA4530-1 and AD549 and their power supplies compatible. Customers can directly evaluate the performance of ADA4530-1 on original products using the AD549 chip without re-making the board. This evaluation kit also provides host computer software for real-time waveform display and data analysis.
