Overview

STEVAL-ISA156V1 L6986-based 38 V, 2 A synchronous rectification buck switching regulator with 30 μA quiescent current evaluation board. It can be used in 12V and 24V buses, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), decentralized smart nodes and sensors, and low noise applications (LNM).

  • Low power mode or low noise mode
  • 30 μA IQ at light load (LCM V OUT = 3.3 V)
  • 5 μA IQ-SHTDWN
  • Adjustable fSW (250 kHz - 2 MHz)
  • Output voltage adjustable from 0.85 V to VIN
