LDO Regulator TCR15AG (Fixed Output Voltage Type) Application & Circuit

Overview

• The TCR15AG series has a driving capability of up to 1.5A. These devices are ideal for portable applications that require high-density board assembly, such as mobile phones.
• This regulator is a fixed output voltage type with a lineup of 46 output voltages, and the output voltage range is 0.65V to 3.6V.
• Small ceramic input and output capacitors can be used with the TCR15AG series.

• Ultra-small package WCSP6F (0.8mm x 1.2 mm (typ), t: 0.33mm (max))
• Wide output voltage range (0.65V to 3.6V)
• Fast load transient response -100/+115mV ( Typical value) @0.01A⇔1.5A, COUT＝4.7μF
• High ripple rejection ratio 95dB (typ. value) @1kHz
• Over-current protection function
• Thermal shutdown function
• Auto-discharge function
• Inrush current reduction function (output voltage Soft start)
• Undervoltage lockout function: 0.5V (typ.)
