Overview

This reference design provides design guidelines, data and other content for a 100W LLC DC-DC converter that uses LLC resonance to achieve zero voltage switching. Description Input voltage DC 22.8V to 25.2V Output voltage DC 12V Output power 100W Circuit topology LLC resonance + synchronous rectification circuit Features PCB photo of 100W LLC DC-DC converter Total efficiency: 88% (Vin = 24V, 100% load condition) Dimensions: 110mm × 110mm × 35mm (excluding input and output terminals on the back) Provides a solution using ideal power MOSFETs and optocouplers
