• Operation and application of break-before-make switch designed for safe input selection • Main switch features
for battery charging and applications in smartphones, tablets, wearables and other mobile devices with multiple charging options • Small package: 0.5mm Pitch WCSP16C (1.9mm × 1.9mm, t: 0.5mm (typ)), PD = 1.65W • High input voltage: VIN (max) = 36V • High output current: IOUT (DC) = 2.0A, each Channel • Low on-resistance: RON=98mΩ (typ.) @VIN=4.5V, IOUT=-1.0A • Overvoltage lockout function: 12.0V@321G, 15.0V@322G, 323G (typ.) • Undervoltage Locking function: 2.9V (typ.) • Automatic selection mode: After judging the normal voltage of VINA or VINB, the IC automatically outputs the normal input voltage function. • Manual selection mode: The function of selecting the output voltage by VSEL. • FLAG output • FLAG function in automatic selection mode: FLAG signal output selects low level VINA or VINB. (VINA @321G/322G, VINB @323G) • FLAG function in manual selection mode: When VINA or VINB exceeds the normal voltage, the FLAG signal outputs low level. • Reverse current blocking (off state) for each channel • Inrush current reduction circuit • Thermal shutdown circuit
