Overview

• Introduced the MOSFET parallel operation behavior for circuit simulation using TPH1R306PL (SOP Advance package), a 60V U-MOSIX-H product suitable for secondary-side synchronous rectification circuits of AC-DC power supplies and DC-DC power supplies. Primary side circuit of DC-DC power supply.
• Shows the points of caution in parallel operation and proposes solutions to achieve higher output power.
