TC78B025FTG is a 1 Hall sine wave PWM driver brushless DC motor for three phases. DMOS is used in the output stage to achieve a low on-resistance of 0.2Ω (sum of high-side and low-side). A non-volatile memory (NVM) and closed-loop speed control functions are incorporated. Curbs costs by eliminating the need for microcomputers.
