This design is a low-power DCDC step-down module based on XL1509. The author has made a board to verify the basic functions. It is suitable for use by students and competition robots. The main features are as follows:
4.5V to 40V wide voltage input (please keep the margin when using);
output Adjustable from 1.23V to 37V;
maximum switching frequency of 150KHZ;
maximum output current 2A (please keep margin when outputting 5V);
the above are the characteristics of the chip itself. Here are some additional functions and resources added by the author:
Added a Level RCD buffer, used for slow start at power on;
made into a small size module;
integrated package library and schematic library for easy direct use;
comes with a DCDC layout guide;
has been tested by board welding, the output is normal, and the slow start is about 50MS (Related to selecting component parameters);
