Using SPCE061A to develop a data acquisition system has great market prospects. First of all, its easy-to-learn and easy-to-use programming voice and development environment allow beginners to get started quickly; secondly, it has a modular structure and built-in 7-channel 10-bit AD, simplifying the user's circuit design; thirdly, it has voice Recognition and audio processing functions allow users to develop more intelligent products.
This system adopts dual CPU control, and the CPUs of the host and slave machines both use SPCE061A single-chip microcomputer. The slave CPU is responsible for collecting seven channels of data and responding to commands sent by the master CPU. The main CPU performs data processing, data display, keyboard input, system alarm, and voice broadcast channel voltage value. In the communication between the main CPU and the slave CPU, the international standard RS485 differential interface is used, so that the communication speed and transmission distance are greater than the RS232 standard interface method, and the minimum number of wires is used (only two). This system implements a high-performance, highly intelligent and practical long-distance multi-channel data collection system with voice broadcast and voice prompts.
