This project is used to verify the solution verification board design of the ambient light sensor OPT3007YMFR of Lichuang Mall .
This project is a sample project for the Solicitation Order for Lichuang EDA open source hardware platform solution verification module .
The OPT3007 is a single-chip lux meter that measures the intensity of visible light visible to the human eye. The OPT3007 is available in an ultra-small PicoStar package, so the device fits into very small spaces. The OPT3007 has a fixed addressing scheme that allows the device to operate with only 4 pins connected. This allows PCB designers to create a larger opening to active sensor fields. The sensor's precise spectral response closely matches the light response of a human eve. The OPT3007 has strong infrared (IR) suppression capabilities and can measure the intensity of light seen by the human eye, regardless of the light source. IR suppression also helps maintain high accuracy when the design requires mounting the sensor under dark glass. OPT3007 is often combined with backlight integrated circuits or lighting control systems to create light-based experiences for humans and is a photodiode replacement. photoresistor, or level. Ambient light sensor measurements can be made from 0.01 lux to 83k lux, eliminating the need to manually select the full size range using the built-in full size setting feature. This capability allows light measurements over an effective dynamic range of 23 bits. Digital operations provide flexibility for system integration. Measurements can be continuous or single. Digital outputs are reported via a 2C and SMBus compatible two-wire serial interface.
