[Creative PCB] Mid-Autumn Festival Limited Rabbit Rhythm Night Light (Refrigerator Magnet)

Overview

Mid-Autumn Festival limited edition rabbit rhythm night light, powered by lithium battery, with secondary light sensitivity. Left and right channel audio rhythm lights.

Use op amp as comparator and photoresistor. The second level has different brightness and lights up the corresponding second street light.

There are two left and right channels, and a secondary rhythm light that flashes with the audio.

It is powered by lithium battery and can be charged using simple TP4056. And DW02 lithium battery protection circuit.

The panel is 1.0mm thick, the moon is transparent, and M2 copper pillars are connected.

1) Use TP4056 lithium battery charging chip and DW02A lithium battery protection circuit and power supply circuit.

2) Use SC622K 3.3V LDO op amp for power supply.

3) Photoresistor, as the brightness decreases, the greater the resistance, U3 forms a hysteresis comparator. When the brightness decreases, Q1 is turned on, and when the brightness is lower, Q2 is turned on. The threshold is adjusted through potentiometers R13 and R24.

4) The audio rhythm light and electret microphone are amplified 471 times through the U5 exchange, driving Q5, and Q3 flashes with the music. Q3 responds to lower frequency signals all the way.

Solder the M2 copper pillar on the reverse side to connect to the light board.

Light board.

There is a lithium battery on the back of the light board, and the copper posts are screwed on to connect to the back board.

The back panel is attached with magnets and can be attached to the refrigerator, computer case, etc.

Viewed from the side, it has a three-layer structure.
