PID temperature control fan designed based on WIFI

 
Overview
  1. Note: During the actual measurement, the WIFI module in this circuit, after configuring the multiplexed serial port pins of the corresponding microcontroller, entered the runaway state after powering on and could not be used normally. The reason is unknown. Therefore, the WIFI unit part in the PCB is for reference only. It is recommended to replace it with the serial port connection between P1.0/RxD2 and P1.1/TxD2 pins and the WIFI module. In addition, in order to facilitate debugging, it is recommended to use pin headers to separately lead out the serial port of the WIFI module and the serial port connected to the corresponding microcontroller when designing the PCB to facilitate troubleshooting.
  2. Since the cooling effect of the fan is not obvious, only PI loop control is actually used. It is recommended to use semiconductor refrigeration chips for cooling, and the effect is estimated to be significant.
  3. To match the 5V and 3.3V communication voltages, use Schottky diodes or MOS circuits. Please ignore it if you are rich.
  4. Since the WIFI module in this work cannot work properly due to unknown reasons, I purchased another Essence ESP01S. In order to facilitate debugging, I used STM32 for relay, that is, the 51 microcontroller transmits the collected data to STM32 through the download serial port, and STM32 then transmits it to STM32. The received data is forwarded to the WIFI module.
