The purpose of the cable thermal stability test is to measure the amount of acidic substances in the cable. When conducting the test, a quantitative sample is placed in a test tube, a pH test paper is placed at the mouth of the test tube, the test tube is heated in an oil bath at 200 degrees Celsius, and the human eye observes Does the test strip turn red? If the test paper turns red within 3 hours, it means that the sample contains too much acidic material and is unqualified. When conducting the test, manual attendance and continuous observation for 3 hours are required, which is time-consuming and labor-intensive. Moreover, the standards for judging discoloration vary from person to person and are not standardized enough. Based on the above reasons, this automatic detection equipment for thermal stability test is designed. The equipment mainly consists of K210 machine vision module, 42 stepper motor screw slide, STM32 microcontroller, steering gear, USART HMI serial port touch screen and other parts. The core idea is to use the K210 machine vision module to replace the human eye, identify changes in the color of the test paper, and Calculate and record test time, free up manpower, and standardize tests to better serve inspection requirements and improve inspection quality.
