A Class D power amplifier based on TDA7498L, dual-channel output, the power of this chip can reach up to 2x80W@6Ω, 2x70W@8Ω.
This project has been made public for the first time and has not participated in other competitions.
GPL 3.0
Power supply: The designed power supply range is 14V~32V. It is roughly estimated that the average maximum current is 3A and the peak current is 5A. WL2851 provides 3.3V power supply as the power supply for the level lamp and the operation mode control of TDA7498L. To ensure stable operation, I added a PTC self-restoring fuse to the circuit with a trip current of 3.2A and an action time of 8 seconds.
Signal processing: TL082 is used as the pre-amplifier, TDA7498L is used as the post-amplifier, LM321 and LM358 are used to control the level lights.
Heat dissipation: Class D power amplifiers have little loss, so just use a heat sink.
