C8051F311 Minimal System Board

Front view C8051F311, all IO leads, reserved for external crystal oscillator.

Board introduction

  • The configuration is basically the same as the official F330 board, but there is no RS232 interface reserved.
  • Use CH340N as USB-TTL chip, only RTS and CTS are left blank.
  • There is a 500mA self-restoring fuse onboard to prevent the USB from being burned by a short circuit.
  • Provides C2 debugging interface, which can be debugged using U-ECx.
  • USB power supply/debugger power supply optional.
  • Reserve the external crystal oscillator bit.
  • Provides a reset button.
  • One LED and one button are reserved for development.

  • The 3V3 package was chosen to be a less commonly used one, in order to consume the voltage regulator chips that were used for free.
  • The 5V power supply has no lead, and the 3V3 has only one lead.
  • The QFN package soldering iron provided by Lichuang is difficult to solder.
