3D magnetic sensing module based on TLV493DA1B6HTSA2

 
Overview
  • TLV493DA1B6HTSA2 is a 3D magnetic sensor. The linear field measurement in the three directions of Bx, By and Bz can reach up to ±130mT, and the working current is only 10μA.

  • A modified verification circuit is designed based on TLV493DA1B6HTSA2, which can provide magnetic field measurement data for hardware such as microcontrollers.

Precautions:

  • The power supply voltage of TLV493DA1B6HTSA2 is 2.8V-3.5V, this design uses 3.3V
  • TLV493DA1B6HTSA2 only has I2C communication mode and cannot be switched to SPI mode.
  • The maximum input voltage of the chip signal pin is 3.5V, so the chip requires a level conversion circuit. This design uses a commonly used MOS tube level conversion circuit to facilitate the conversion of high-level 5V device (such as Arduino) signals to 3.3V to avoid damaging the chip. The two MOS tubes used can be replaced with a double N-channel MOS tube to further reduce the design size
  • All resistors in the circuit are 10kΩ and can be replaced with network resistors to reduce design size
