This is my first electronic production in my life. I started from scratch and learned while making. After work, due to limited time, I encountered many problems during the process. Thank you to all the teachers and group friends for their help. I answered all questions in the group. I really felt the good atmosphere of this event group! Due to the limitations of foreign electronic technology in recent years, I began to pay attention to relevant information and discovered our own domestic EDA software. After watching some courses on Teacher B’s website, I became extremely interested. Just because our flower shop needs ambient lighting, we chose a project that combines light strips with infinity mirrors. From project requirements to solution evaluation, and then summarizing the reference circuit, we independently completed the schematic drawing and PCB layout. After arduous welding tests, although along the way, It was rough, but fortunately the proofing was successful and the harvest was fruitful. Here I would like to share my car rollover experience with you, hoping it will be helpful to us novices.
The original intention was to drive a high-power light strip, so I chose the 12V RGBCW five-way light strip idea. First, I chose the Tuya module without development, and simply added all the functions for backup, including infrared reception, buttons, and microphones. In fact, you should choose the function according to your own needs. IoT products have redundant infrared reception. Who would buy a remote control if the problem can be solved by mobile phones. If the light is hung high in the sky, there will be many redundant buttons. The only microphone that I found to be somewhat useful was in the wrong package. I only found the SMD type on Lichuang Mall. As a result, the soldering iron could not be soldered, and the PCB's DRC error detection could not pass the spacing issue.

When laying copper, I drew a rectangle on the graffiti module, and then converted it to a slot. I wanted to select it and change it to no filling, but I couldn't find it. Then I tried opening a few more in the blank space, but I couldn't find it either. , made a lot of holes, which can only be seen in 3D. Finally, after searching for the problem, it turned out that the multi-layer was not selected and the small eyes were opened.
The polarity of the tantalum capacitor was reversed, and it beeped for a second after powering on, followed by a burning smell (I thought the marked end was the negative pole) and welded it on without checking. A terrible lesson! ! !
One of the small RGB lights on the board was welded to waste. Welding small LED lights cannot be done as long as resistors and capacitors. It will become useless after a little time. The first one always felt that it was not soldered, so I repaired it once and it was scrapped. Later, the group of friends pointed out the soldering iron tip and swept it away. I still felt that the soldering was not done, but the power was turned on and it was successfully lit.
The infinity mirror is composed of a semi-lens and a mirror. The two mirrors are opposed to each other and repeatedly reflect each other to create the effect of countless lamp beads. There are many searches for tutorials on Bilibili, so I won’t describe them too much here.
I bought a set of round lenses and made a smaller one first, and then a larger one to use as a ceiling lamp in the living room.
The bottom of the flower pot is used as a light frame, and it will fit perfectly after digging holes.
The light strips were secured with a hot glue stick.

Finally, the buck voltage and PWM waveforms of each channel were measured, and a 12-hour aging test was conducted. Meet your pre-determined needs. submit homework! Video demonstration
